Details of the table:

The first, fifth and 9th columns show marup draw numbers. As there will be only one draw in a month, this may be treated as number of months also. So Phase-02 will be completed in 84 months as per this table. But this will be changed depending on the number of shares. Chances are that number of months may be reduced.

Second, 6th and 10th columns show whether the draw will be either 'Lottery' or 'Tender' on a particular month/draw. From the table 25th draw/month will be tender.

Third, 7th and 11th columns show the amount in rupees to be won by a lucky winner in that draw/month.

Fourth, 8th and 12th columns show the number of winners in that particular draw/month. From the table 54th draw/month will have 25 winners getting Rs 15000/- each.
